the check-in process was fast and smooth! reception staff were really helpful. they gave excellent guidance on local attractions. the staff made our vacation great.
the kids club closed quite early at 5pm. i wish it stayed open a bit later. this would have given parents some rest before dinner.

the breakfast service could use more variety, especially for thai cuisine. it was mostly thai and indian food, limiting choices. also, i was told off for taking water in my water bottle, something i found quite odd.

The plumbing in the bathrooms smelled like old sewage. leaky pipes caused water to spray everywhere in the shower. we also had used, dirty bedroom slippers. New ones would have been better.

the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. free parking was available. the pool area was clean, spacious. my family and i enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options, including indian dishes like uppma and biryani.

The swimming pools are well maintained. A bar is located inside one of the pools. a kids' club is available but closes early at 5 p.m. there is a fitness center on the premises.

the hotel is located near the night market, a short walk away. several indian restaurants are also nearby, and its right, opposite the beach. seven eleven and currency exchange services are close! though the beach is not very inviting.
